Skerryvore Lighthouse — Limited Edition Fine Art Print

Eleven miles off Tiree, Skerryvore is the tallest lighthouse in Scotland. Alan Stevenson spent six years and 4,300 tonnes of granite building it on a reef that disappears beneath the Atlantic at every high tide.

I took this photograph on 10 July 2021, from the water, travelling out to the lighthouse alongside the band who carry its name. It was a still morning. It has hung on my wall ever since.
